Master John Douglas: Of No Benefit Whatsoever

Despite MJD’s name hastily disappearing from new CMA output, he remains mentioned in several places on the masterangels.org website. At the same time sneaky edits have been made to remove his name in key places, trying to cover their backs from legal entanglements. These unannounced edits have caused fundamental contradictions in current CMA site content, notably the Elite Development pages, and the supposed “divine truth” and “knowledge” expressed prior.

I’ve already shown MJD’s removal from the ‘invitation’ page for his own Elite Development course. Another example occurs in the “Additional Terms” section of the course application form : it now also removes his name and deletes the part about paying $10,000+ for the 4-day course. The same $10,000 course that CMA Chairman and founder Christopher Hartnett can’t comprehend why people are concerned about the cost.

The 2020 form for Elite application is on Internet Archive

How unprofessional of MJD the “consummate Master Healer” (CMA’s words) to no longer “remotely and silenty check in with participants”! Of course the truth is he never did because he can’t. And because the Master Angels do not exist, no-one will be “preparing” or “checking in” with participants at all.

However, the outrageous “Disclaimer and Personal Information” section of the same Elite application form does retain MJD’s name:

There are so many eyebrow-raising clauses I don’t know where to begin. It lies about every claim CMA and MJD have ever made about MJD’s abilities and his powers to heal. How could anyone read this disclaimer and still want to attend the course or have anything to do with them?

Who will be interested in attending the 2021 Elite Development courses except the most hardcore of MJD devotees – loyalists heavily invested for years and unable to entertain an iota of uncertainty about the truth of his invented doctrines, false superpowers and his identity. The kind of people who could read my entire blog and think “this changes nothing for me.”

CMA Facebook 18 March 2020

Anyone who thinks MJD and his associates “have not represented themselves in any way as possessing any medical expertise or medical training” and “no representations … have been made to me by Master Spiritual Teacher John Douglas or his associates as to the benefits … of attending any knowledge course, training, workshop seminar and the like” must have been born yesterday. My blog and the Internet are full of evidence to the contrary.

How does the disclaimer make sense legally or ethically when it says “Master Teacher John Douglas and his associates … have not prescribed, diagnosed, treated or recommended any particular treatment or medication or substance for me” but the very same application form asks “Please list any supplements you take recommended by John Douglas” :

Another baffling part of the Elite application disclaimer is “I attend such events of my own free will with no expectation of any health, spiritual or other personal benefits whatsoever.” If a person can say they have no expectation of benefits whatsoever, why are they applying for the course? Why would they pay $10,000+ to attend? Why would the course exist? How does it make sense with the long list of benefits listed on the Elite Invitation page, and indeed on the very same application form it says “Much of this application process is for your benefit …”?

Benefits of the Elite Development course as advertised

Note especially “the healings and transformations will be done”.

MJD personally championing the benefits of Elite training:

“Access to a secret society of secret knowledge”, CMA newsletter August 2020

And who can forget MJD’s insane “proof of God” claim:

30 October 2020 teleseminar

Our group and my elites have seen proof of God and have seen the reality of God and have seen the evidence of God and have seen the scientific proof of God. It’s no longer a notion. They know.

Master John Douglas

Another clip from same 30 October 2020 teleseminar of MJD advancing the benefits, knowledge and capabilities of CMA’s courses and learned abilities:

We have the gift in nature to kill infections. We have the gift in nature to find the infections, to discern them, to see them. And our Elite initiates also have a level of this blessing to look after their own selves and their own families.

I’ll just give you an example. Maybe you realised this in the last few weeks, but in the United States and eventually it came over Australia there was an airborne infection that created a (cough) instant reaction of neck and shoulder pain. And many people were using Silent Faith Remotes and a lot of the Elites were working with this and people I know and people I was in contact with were suffering this, all of a sudden you just pick up this airborne pathogen and it just creates this sharp and stiff pain in the shoulders and neck and this is what happens. A virus literally comes in and lives and attacks your spinal cord and the peripheral nerves around the spinal branches … and it creates stiffness and pain and it was very acute, quick, as soon as you got it you knew it. So it was in the air and it was coming into people and it was something nobody would know about.

When you kill the virus the pain disappeared. And this is the sort of thing we deal with. This is the sort of truth we reveal to you.

Master John Douglas

Airborne infection that created a instant reaction of neck and shoulder pain“? What on Earth is he talking about? At first I thought he meant Coronavirus but appears he’s got something else in mind. He says Elites can heal it, whatever it is, explicitly detailing an expected benefit to attendees of Elite Development teaching. And just like his claims to kill Coronavirus it’s again nonsense from his mouth.

What legitimate course has every student declare they expect nothing from it? If you were interviewed for placement at a college and a student admissions officer asked “What do you expect to get out of your time at our institution?” and you replied “no benefits whatsoever”, do you think that would help or hinder your application? What if the interviewer said to you “You have to declare you expect no benefits from our course”? But CMA are saying if even a hint of a potential benefit enters your mind, you must reject it and sign the form.

And here is Hartnett promoting the “benefits” of the Elite course:

28 March 2020 teleseminar

Many of us on the phone, probably over 450 people on the phone, have taken John’s advanced Elite Development course. What those people have learned through John’s grace and the Masters’ grace, we’ve learned to actually isolate some of those particular viruses, some of those particular ailments. Whether it’s Parkinson’s, in some cases cancer. And what we do once we isolate that through a certain procedure that’s taught through the Elite Development course we then ask the Master Angels for their help. It’s kind of like we call in the airforce and they specifically target those specific problems.

Does it work? It works.

Hartnett

All of this completely contradicts the Elite application disclaimer “I also fully acknowledge that no representations, promises or warranties, express or implied, have been made to me by Master Spiritual Teacher John Douglas or his associates as to the benefits or results that I may gain or experience as a result of attending any knowledge course, training, workshop seminar and the like.”

Impossible, unconscionable, misrepresentative.

The only personal benefit is to MJD’s bank account.

Some CMA members enthusiastic about their expectations for 2020’s Elite courses:

CMA Facebook, 3 August 2020

I trust they all first read the Elite disclaimer before applying and eliminated their expectations of any benefits whatsoever of attending, and communicated this necessity to new CMA recruits.

Another restrictive new addition on the Elite application form is the requirement for “Sponsors”:

The Elite level of the supposed “faith-based community Church open to all seekers of truth” is now like a private members’ club. A club whose Grand Poobah Supreme Grand Master John Douglas says is a “secret society of secret knowledge” while simultaneously having you sign a disclaimer which contradicts every reason you joined? CMA want to protect themselves from wavering casuals and infiltrators.

Would you be a member of a club that would have Hartnett and MJD as members?

A Demotion for Master John Douglas

An astonishing alteration to CMA’s website in the past 48 hours or so: the entire MJD section on the About page has been removed.

And added to the top of the page is a new section:

We are anti cult

This “message from the CMA board of directors” seems to me a desperate list of faith-based core beliefs rather than the stern disclaimers they normally use. It also appears on the masterangels.org home page.

These changes are Christopher Hartnett’s and CMA’s latest attempts to rewrite history, to pretend the evidence all over my blog and elsewhere never happened. An unconvincing attempt to dissociate from MJD. I suspect an effort to limit exposure to liabilty.

Like Hartnett’s Reddit edits and other recent CMA deletions the changes do nothing to alter facts: MJD says he’s a healer and CMA and Hartnett have promoted it for years.

Below is the removed MJD section, once unthinkable it would disappear:

CMA About page (2018)

So many absurd claims, falsehoods and unverifiable biographical details. Not least “John is known throughout the world as a consummate Master Healer …” – the very part I highlighted in my previous post a few days ago as showing up the lies and contradictions in CMA.

I wrote “Even if that highlighted line gets removed from the About page it will not remove the countless other times CMA and MJD have said he can heal. MJD appears to be a kind of Schrödinger’s Healer: a master healer while at same time doing no healing.”

Accurate foresight on my part, which is more than the “gifted clairvoyant” MJD has ever had. Though I never expected the whole MJD section to go.

I also observed “Hartnett curiously doesn’t name him [MJD] in his newest batch of [Reddit] comments“. The absence of explicit mentions of MJD was also a sign CMA were moving MJD into the background.

It’s extraordinary CMA are now trying to wipe away MJD. The two are joined at the hip, as is Global SELF Foundation. Hartnett created CMA solely as a vehicle for MJD, by his own admission:

“Superhero of Love” podcast, Episode 69 (2019)

Hartnett:

“We have some very prominent doctors, literally global doctors, that have joined us and the research was coming back that there was one person that was healing consistently and that was Master John Douglas and so we decided to really focus a lot of our attention on him and so we started a new non-profit foundation and that was the CMA International foundation which also has a subsidiary of the Church of the Master Angels and that’s a non-denominational church.

And this from Jeffrey Wagner, “CEO and global ambassador of CMA”:

Jeffrey Wagner, CMA Teleseminar 21 March 2020

Wagner:

Chris and Linda’s investigative work brought them to Master Healer John Douglas of Australia. John Douglas brought Chris’s medical nightmare to an end. Shortly thereafter Chris and Linda formed CMA International Foundation, a second 501(3)(c) organization which they structured around John’s unparalleled successes and achievements. CMA International Foundation provides a framework through which John Douglas can help the world.

Jeffrey Wagner seen in “Saved from catastrophic heart attack” CMA video (2019)

Sidenote: Wagner and his wife Debra say MJD removed a blood clot in his heart, saving his life. This video has been removed from CMA’s YouTube, notably the only removal in the “Divine Miracle Stories” series.

And as I showed in my previous post, the link between CMA and MJD actually runs much deeper than a “framework” or “a lot of attention”. He controls CMA:

CMA internal conference call, 28 October 2019

Hartnett:

And when you say “I’m gonna go see John” or “I’m gonna go do this or that” you were talking to us. You’re not going anywhere around anybody. Nobody including me has credentials that were gonna supersede the organization that’s here and go directly to John. John is in charge. What he wants is there.

This is all divine, this is all being run by divinity. And you have the ability to scan at any given moment to see the truth of every single word I’m saying. Because this is not coming from us, we’re not making this up.

And we want you all to be there at the finish line. You can feel it, we’re ready to explode.

So it’s unconvincing there’s any actual split taking place between Hartnett/CMA and MJD.

MJD has also been removed from the Elite Invitation page. Another public-facing effort to put distance between MJD and his money-making church CMA. The Elite course has always been MJD’s course, it doesn’t exist without him. The new invitation page still uses his words but is no longer signed by him like before:

Elite Development Course 2020 invitation

Nobody else claims to possess the knowledge to teach the “advanced level processes” and “extensive remodelling of the consciousness for preparation of future stages of Elite Training” advertised for the Elite courses.

At the end of this next audio, MJD forgets he’s supposed to be merely a “frequent speaker and lecturer” for CMA and Global SELF Foundation and speaks as the man in charge he is. “Our organizations“; “all the people who work behind the scenes for me“; “we really are blessed with incredible people“:

MJD, CMA Teleseminar 30 October 2020

MJD:

Yes I did have a saga after coming to the US, very interestingly. A long way around the world I flew and we had our beautiful course on Heavenly Mountain and it was very successful, I very much enjoyed being there. And congratulations to all the new Elite Initiates. I know you’re going through some difficult times … continue to use the secrets given to you …

I flew home, ended up in hotel quarantine and I’m still I think brain damaged from it because I’m walking 10 paces in one direction then turning around and walking back 10 paces the other way and I can’t get anything done. Well I’ll just have to overcome that with Subconscious Repair. But all jokes aside, it was a very interesting time …

… thank you for all the people who made this happen, thank you for all the people who work behind the scenes for me and thank you to the most magnificent being Chris Hartnett and Linda and all the people who are magnificent in our organizations, we really are blessed with incredible people. I can’t say that enough.

However, mentions of MJD do remain elsewhere on the CMA site. Including one in an especially prominent place. Will these go too?

Personally speaking it’s huge the About page has been altered like this. It was the About page that really told me this Church was very bizarre indeed and completely implausible. As for most people stumbling upon the site I guess. It’s the About page where CMA set out their background to the public, where they write what they think are authoritative facts to explain their existence. Seeing the key section removed is something I never imagined back in 2018.

MJD with Christopher and Linda Hartnett and other supporters in happier times (2017)

So what now for MJD’s “unparalleled successes and achievements“? Who will promote and enable him to “help the world” now his ‘framework’ appears to have collapsed? An unceremonious retirement for the “world renowned theologian” to be sure.

Will CMA find another “Master Healer” or guru to replace him? Who would take that job? Will there ever be another seminar or Elite course?

Don’t Go Chasing Waterfalls, Part 2

On the 1st of this month McKayla posted on her @glohe_ Instagram wellness account a video of a waterfall with no contextual link to her long caption. But the video is a repost from her Heavenly Mountain visit last year to attend a CMA Elite Development Course, as I’ve discussed.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CL5jz24jwDp/

Her long caption is about her recent kidney stones diagnosis and her goals for March, starting:

Happy March 1st my beautiful Glohe friends. I love you all a lot, and hope this month is a successful one for you!!

I was rushed to the ER in excruciating pain, and there I found out I have a few large kidney stones!! Yikes. I’m still waiting to meet with a specialist, because I might need some surgery — I’m not sure yet!

She neglected to mention in her caption the waterfall was from her visit to a man claiming superpowers to cure all kinds of digestive problems, blockages and a wealth of other issues she’s had, like fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Like a kind of Human Microscope and Molecular Laser.

She also didn’t mention if she first tried to use her own knowledge of those same powers to diagnose and cure herself:

Stated benefits of CMA and MJD’s Elite Development course, which McKayla graduated from.

Nor did she consider it worth mentioning if she will be mitigating her karma via her guru’s angelically-powered spiritual tools to prevent her problem recurring, and advising her followers to do likewise.

If she had revealed to her followers a true belief of this nonsense her account would instantly become a joke and end any thought she’s a credible voice for health or wellness. She knows she can’t be credible and also promote snake oil “spirit repair” CDs, “pendants dispelling negative frequencies” and training courses that teach “remote scanning“, “secret commands” and “self diagnosis“.

She did not mention those things but posting that waterfall indicates MJD and his training course were on her mind and associated with the topic she was writing about. Like her main account, @glohe_ is infected with his world of deception.

In fact her next post reads like it could’ve been written by MJD himself. Fixated with autoimmune diseases and the intestinal tract. Easy to read it in his voice. Her final slide is equivalent to CMA’s boilerplate disclaimers, effectively admitting we should ignore her because she’s only pretending to be knowledgeable, just like her “Master John”:

Location, Location, Location

A comment asks “Where is this? Looks beautiful and peaceful” but she has not replied.

I laid out my discovery of the general location in my first McKayla post and asked for more precise information for curiosity.

Thanks to an informed contact, I now know the waterfall is indeed on Heavenly Mountain, North Carolina. It’s a part of Laurel Creek called the “Blue Hole”. A pleasant and secluded place to visit by all accounts, if you’re a Heavenly Mountain resident in the know. It’s accessed by a few easy hiking trails.

Blue Hole sign

Significantly, it’s a short distance from the CMA chapel which like the Blue Hole and the whole of Heavenly Mountain is within private land. The exact map location is publicly available if you want to search the details.

I had guessed it must be somewhere fairly known and not purely CMA connected, so I was partially correct.

Just a small piece of a puzzle I was curious about.

Another comment on McKayla’s waterfall says “Now that is tranquility”. I agree it looks tranquil, beautiful and peaceful (usage of the rope swing excepted.) But I would warn visitors of running into CMA people such as Christopher Hartnett. Which is not a peaceful, tranquil or beautiful prospect.

Heavenly Mountain resident Hartnett visiting in 2010.

I guess MJD too has visited the waterfall in the past. I expect he will not be visiting in the future.

For now, it’s best to virtually visit the picturesque Blue Hole thanks to existing videos. The Blue Hole was there long before Hartnett and MJD ever set foot on Heavenly Mountain and it will still be there long after CMA.
